My family got the 4-day Golden Pass and I simply emailed the contact provided in the app reservation and asked for the dates of each museum and location we wanted to visit and he did the rest. The loading of the passes and tickets on to iBooks is a little frustrating and should be easier, but Rachid answered all my questions (I reached out to him multiple times) and was friendly and accommodating it made the whole experience go smoothly at each stop.”
