“Almost missed the tour. The instructions gave an address that was closed. We happed to be walking around trying to find it when a Scottish woman who was also taking the tour informed us to go to the end of the street corner and wait. The guide didn’t have a sign or flag or anything to indicate she was the guide. The guide herself was wonderful.”

“The tour to the 2nd floor to the Eiffel tour was much more than we anticipated. Our tour guide Fortune gave us a great history and engineering lesson about the tower and as we walked up the steps was ready to answer any questions or provide a quick joke. After having time to explore for ourselves the group came back together and Fortune took us around the whole 2nd floor pointing out different monuments along the Skyline and giving us a quick background on each. Highly recommend seeing the tower with a tour - in particular with this guide if you can request him!”

“The reception staff in Paris were very rude and unhelpful. We arrived 5 minutes late to our tour which I understand is our fault but they ignored us for 20 minutes after saying they will try to see if we could jump on the next tour. Considering how much I had spent on this trip I would expect them to make an effort to help us with actually visiting the Eiffel tower with a group. But no they were very rude, and we felt like a nuisance to them. I would not recommend this specific group to anyone and I would appreciate it if we received a refund, even if…”

Review of Paris’ Seine dinner cruise, Eiffel Tower second-floor access, and Moulin Rouge show, with honest advice on timing, value, seating, and dress code.

“The first part of the trip for the dinner cruise the website stated that a guide will meet you at the bottom of the stairs at the designated spot, but in reality the guide meets you after the dinner cruise. Ensure that you ask at the boat for the dinner cruise if your name is on the list, which ours was. The guides afterwards were amazing, quick tour and second level of the Eiffel tower and then on to Moulin Rouge. Remember to ask and seek clarity when it comes to meeting points and timings..... Would book again”
