“Good day with lots packed in! While the guide was nice and knowledgeable, I’m disappointed with how the day unfolded. The trip was advertised as an English tour. The majority of the group were Spanish-speaking, as was the guide. Two people in the group said they didn’t understand English, so the guide was concerned that he would have to do the tour bilingually as it takes more time and is already a packed day. Well, very quickly, Spanish became the language of the tour and English was presented secondly (and sometimes not at all), and as a truncated version.
